Terms and Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation notice period, please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to rearrange or cancel your appointment. We have a strict no refunds policy. If for any reason you are unhappy please contact us and we will arrange to rectify any issues for you. A non-refundable deposit will be taken on services over £40 for 50% of the booking cost. The deposit will be redeemed against the price of the service at checkout. However, failure to show or cancel within 24 hours will see Gracie B maintain the 50% deposit taken and a new 50% deposit will be taken on all new and future bookings. Please note, prices are subject to change.
If you have a pre paid treatment course plan but fail to show up for the booked appointment then it will be deducted from the paid plan.
We advise clients to take no heat treatments, such as sun beds, steam rooms etc. 24 hours prior to or after waxing, tanning or microdermabrasion treatments. No swimming, perfumed products or make up should be applied after these treatments as they can increase the risk of infection or skin burning. We can not take any responsibly if this occurs after your treatment. A patch test must be carried out 24 hours prior to a tinting treatment.
