We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all Dermalogica products returned within 30 days of purchase date and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items back.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item to us, unopened, within 14 days for a refund. In the interests of improving products for the future, we would really appreciate your feedback on why the item is being sent back.

Returns are at your own cost and risk, unless the item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.

There’s no need to send items recorded delivery, but please obtain proof of posting (this is free) for your own records.
