Gracie B has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Prices may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gracie B disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Gracie B shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Delays
Occasionally, the manufacture of your goods may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as stock shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Cancellation right
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, UK consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Returns

If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order you must inform us in writing to info@gracieb.co.uk. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact, and in their original packaging. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Unfortunately from time to time one of our items might be damaged in transit, or a picking error may have occurred. If this is the case, please inform us within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement. We would require evidence of the damaged goods or error, in the form of photographs of the damage. If the fault is ours, we will replace or refund immediately.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
