We collected your personal data from you, when you completed our consultation form on your additional appointment, this will be verbally updated on in each visit and any changes will be written down on your consultation form.
We always ensure that we have a lawful basis for processing the personal data that we collect. In this case the lawful basis for processing your data is to enable us to contact you regarding your booking and to protect your health and safety during treatments.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, amendments to it and for it to be deleted. Our retention policy states that we hold the data collected on our consultation forms for the duration of your time accessing Gracie B Beauty and Hair Salon, it is then deleted. If you would like us to delete your data prior to you completing a appointment with us and we don’t have a lawful reason to retain it you can make a deletion request by emailing us; ADD EMAIL
